This song is one of the sweetest song ever ^0^ I REALLY like this song not only because of the lyrics and meanings, but it is also because of the beat and the rhythm. It's the type of song that makes you feel like melting. The song is about a guy who is trying to build up his courage to approach the girl he likes and trying to confess to her about his feelings. He is asking if he can call her as his own, call her as his lover, his one and only girl, his everything, and his baby. He is trying to tell her that she is the only thing that matters to him, if he has her then that's all he needs.

Her lonely eyes pains his heart, and he builds up his courage to claim her as his. To him, even if the whole world is lying to him/them, he will only believe her forever. He assures her that if they are together, that he will always be there with and for her, he will also be the man who she can leans and depends on, and he will also make her happy. Tonight, she can't say 'No' or 'Goodbye' to him any more because starting from tonight, they will be together. Basically, the song is about a guy confessing to the girl that he has been falling for and the guy assures her that he will make her happy, be there for her, and that there won't be goodbyes any more for them.

My Favourite Song 1 - Hero by Mariah Carey

What I understand from this song is that it is about how everyone have a hero that lies in them. By 'hero', it means that we have the strength to get up by ourselves when we fall even though when no one reaches out their hands for us, that we don't have to be afraid of anything as we can do everything we want if we believe in ourselves. We don't have to be afraid or look down on ourselves, as everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, so are we. We just have to believe in ourselves, believe in our strengths, that we can do it and we don't need to feel low because there's a hero deep inside our heart that is waiting to show its capabilities. Although life is hard and full of upside downs, just believe in ourselves and always relay to God and believe that He knows the best for us and that He is always with us, giving us His strengths and with God's will, everything will be okay.
